Refund Policy

Refunds in regard to Services

I do not offer refunds on services. 

I use Square as my Credit Card Payments system as well as my Appointment's scheduler.

A credit card is required when booking an appointment, a TEMPORARY HOLD is placed on your Card when the appointment is schedule, however your CARD IS NOT CHARGED until I have "ACCEPTED AND/OR APPROVED" the appointment.

 

BEFORE THIS you have the opportunity to CANCEL your appointment with no charges, however once I have ACCEPTED YOUR APPPOINTMENT your Card WILL BE CHARGED and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THAT TIME. You can, however, request a reschedule for the appointment which needs to be done at the time of request, the reschedule limit is 2 times. 

Refund Policy  in regard to Products

Due to the nature of beauty products once they have been purchased, I do not accept returns, nor do I issue refunds for Beauty Products.
