*The 24 Hour Rule: Cancellations or changes require 24 hours' notice.
*The Late Window: You have 10 minutes. After that, you’re considered "Ghosted & Gone."
*Zero Ghosting: No-shows are charged the Full Amount of the service. No exceptions, no future bookings.
